• Defining the amount of investment expenses and analyzing necessary corrections (actualizations) prior to tender procedure conduct in order to avoid over-expenditures.
• Regular review and actualization of the investment expenses plan.
• Financial schedule preparation and coordination (weekly / monthly), with monthly financial reports to the beneficent, the intermediating unit (if any) and the Ministry of finances.
• Assisting the beneficent as to the co-financial planning within the budget for the fiscal year.
