This is the main conclusion of Transparency International association - a partner in the project.

The Bulgarian office of the organization presented its survey last week.

The monitoring was done in the period Nov. 2009 - May 2010 by a methodology of an independent committee developed by Transparency International on the grounds of such procedures in its 12-year practice as a continuation of its report from 2004 - 2005 regarding the then planned concession of the highway.
